OSI - After Upgrade, Users using UPLOAD7 Getting Access Denied

For future DNA upgrades and oracle upgrades

 

Issue:

• Users using UPLOAD7 who has issues after the upgrade
• Get a pop up that says:  "Access denied.  Please contact your administrator"....
• OSI "says" that we do not have sufficient privileges to do the upload
