TMG The Vault - Report Viewing\Printing without a License

Issue:

Bret can give users access to view reports without needing a license. However the user must Export the report to an application (Excel in most cases).

User gets error message: "Unable to download ..ed.ReportViewerWebControl.axd from rsvext.themembersgrou.com.  Unable to open this Internet site. The requeste site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again."

Resolution:

1. Close all open Internet pages
2. Internet Options \ Advanced tab \ Under Security section, uncheck Do not save encrypted pages to disk
3. Log back onto The Vault and retry
