Issue:
User calls to report that the link is not connecting. Just spins
Resolution:
5\15\15 - the Verafin Saas icon, Google Chrome will launch and connect to the Verafin site
Install Google Chrome if it is not installed on the Workstation
Put the icon on the Public Desktop (can be found in \\helpdeskstor\General)
Call Comp Ops and see if they can connect
If they can, have the user close the and then retry using the link on the Islandnet Homepage
If Comp Ops cannot connect, they have a procedure they follow:
