DataTrac - Search is not Producing Current Data

Issue:

• Search on a recent loan doc number but data not found

Resolution:

• These are the steps Marc Torio took to resolve the issue so tickets will need to be assigned to his team 
  1. I disabled UAC and moved computer to Computers OU in AD
  2. Restarted and verified UAC off
  3. Uninstalled complete datatrac client
  4. Restart
  5. Reinstall datatrac client
  6. Turn UAC on
  7. Move comuter back to the proper OU in Active Directory
