Issue:
- Search on a recent loan doc number but data not found
Resolution:
- These are the steps Marc Torio took to resolve the issue so tickets will need to be assigned to his team
- I disabled UAC and moved computer to Computers OU in AD
- Restarted and verified UAC off
- Uninstalled complete datatrac client
- Restart
- Reinstall datatrac client
- Turn UAC on
- Move comuter back to the proper OU in Active Directory
