Description Of Incident:

•  The circuit between the Island Center and Irvine went down due to over utilization. 

Cause:

•  We replication, online data and phone traffic going over the one data circuit it is being over utilized.

Resolution:

• Stopped replication of the following servers: Archive Manager, Commtouch, IslandFraud and Exchange
