If it's a new PC, check the Enviornment for these paths:
DBName: nifc
Path: C:\Oracle\11g32\Client;G:\OSI\BANK\DLL\BIN;G:\OSI\BANK\DLL (must be at the beginning)
TNS_ADMIN: G:\oracle\client\NETWORK\ADMIN
Until they get this fixed:
- Mail the opt-in document to the member. You’ll find it in Online Documents in the Deposit Accounts Print Group. (see attachment)
- Use the opt-in button that you use for web opt-ins so a confirmation letter goes out and the box gets checked. Be sure the opt-in document is mailed the same day you run the button. If you miss the mail, use the button the next day (unless you can email it). For compliance reasons, the “What you need to know…” document has to be given (sent) before we check the box.
