Boardroom – Conference Call

1. Host sets up the call into the conference bridge from      their office (speaker\more\Meetme\ext (ex.1013)
2. Turn the volume down
3. Handheld pad in the      conference room – Power on\Touch Screen to Start
4. Touch Audio Conference
5. Touch Pickup
6. Dial 1-619-656-6525 (No      9 needed)
7. Dial conference bridge      used in step 1

If the call is not coming thru the room speakers (and nothing is muted on the touch-pad) verify the power is on for the very bottom unit in the rack.

FYI – The Boardroom no longer has video conferencing capability.
