Loan Liner Docs – Amount Financed Displaying Incorrect for Members in Internet Explore

 

Issue:

  • The Amount Financed on loan docs is not diplaying correctly for some members view online

 

Resolution:

  • An issue has been identified when members are using Chrome PDF Viewer on our CUNA loan documents.  

We have determined the issue is with the Chrome PDF viewer.  The Chrome PDF viewer does not always process documents correctly, so we suggest any user that wants to use the Chrome browser use the Adobe Acrobat plug-in (for Chrome). 

 The steps for changing the plug-in are: 
1) type this URL in chrome address bar – chrome://plugins/
2) disable “Chrome PDF viewer”
3) enable “Adobe Acrobat”
 

If they do feel comfortable changing their Chrome PDF plug-in, another option is to use Internet Explorer or Firefox as their browsers to print off the documents.
